Returns Policy

Australian Return Policy

Norden Hydraulic Connections is committed to customer satisfaction and therefore will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase of any of our products returned within 30 days of the shipping date (excluding Shipping & Handling charges) in the original condition you received it.

So the items can be traced upon return please send prepaid via Registered Post or Courier as we are not able to credit items that we do not receive.  Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition as they may not be accepted for return or exchange if received damaged (unless faulty).

Be sure to include your name and address and phone number and a copy of the invoice and a short description with reasons for the return. We may not accept any packages without a return name and address or a copy of the invoice. It may also incur a 15% administration fee if we need to search for invoices, phone numbers etc. Please allow one week for processing of all returns.

Goods must be returned as new in their original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date, and must include a copy of the original invoice. If we are not satisfied with state of the packaging or if the product has been used or damaged we reserve the right not to credit the product.

Warranties/Damaged Goods

Inspect your shipment upon arrival.   Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Please report any manufactures faults immediately to us. Items still under manufacturer’s warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange can be authorised.

Should you wish to return and/or exchange for new merchandise, please follow our instructions below:

To prepare your return:

  • Please use the original packaging or a strong alternative.
  • To expedite your return/exchange, please insert a copy of the invoice.
  • If your exchange order requires additional payment, please include a credit card number to be charged. 
  • Pack and tape your package securely.
  • Address with the above supplied address.
  • For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via Registered Post or Couriers. (We do not accept C.O.D.)
