Power-Packer powered landing gear systems eliminate the back-breaking hand cranking typical with conventional landing gear systems. Power-Packer systems allow you to load, unload and move trailers with ease and efficiency.

Features

• Choose between front or rear mounted landing gear systems. Power-Packer’s front systems mount to existing trailer wing plates. Rear systems typically mount between rear dual tires on high cube, drop frame trailers (E-vans).
• Our engineers can develop a custom landing gear system for your application or configure one that is perfect using these components:
  • Control Box – Standard or Heavy Duty. Heavy Duty has additional Auto Booster Option Leg Assemblies in 3.5” or 4” bore size. Stroke range from 15” to 24.5”.
  • Installation Kit – All necessary hoses, fittings, connectors and hardware
  • Split Collar Assemblies – Required for bracing leg assembly
  • Matching Mounting Plates – Engineered for easy installation when correct mounting points are not available.

  • Front Mount: Provides fast, efficient coupling, especially under heavy loads. Landing gear levels the trailer on uneven ground, reducing potential operator injury and damage to trailer.
  • Rear Mount: Lifts trailers (up to 78000 lbs) to match dock height, ensuring level surface between dock and trailer.
• Auto Booster option for Heavy-Duty Control Boxes automatically extends legs at the push of a button. Makes it fast and easy to use.
